  • Place your payment and ticket in an envelope and drop it in the large brown drop box located outside near the parking lot entrance.
  • Check or Money Order Only (make checks payable to: City of Rye)
  • Discount Information for In-Person Payment: You may take $10 off your ticket if it is for $30 (or less) and you pay within two business days. The person seeking the reduction must have fewer than three prior violations within the last 12 months. To pay by mail, the postmark date will be your payment date. You may also place your envelope in the brown drop box located outside the parking lot entrance to City Hall.

TO DISPUTE YOUR PARKING TICKET

Online Disputes:

  1. Visit the Payments & Disputes website
  2. Enter your citation number or license plate number
  3. Click the blue "Appeal" button listed under your license plate information 
  4. Enter information to support your appeal and/or attach documentation

By Mail:

  1. CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD A PLEA/DISPOSITION FORM
  2. Place your appeal in an envelope and drop it in the drop box located outside parking lot entrance, or
  3. Mail the appeal to:

- Fine Doubles if not paid within 30 days of Issue Date
- Fine Triples if not paid within 45 days of Issue Date
- Fine incurs an additional 40% increase if not paid within 75 days of Issue Date
