The Commission establishes policies and procedures, and discusses issues facing Rye Town Park.

This six member commission consists of the Supervisor of Rye Town and an appointee, the Mayor of Rye City and an appointee, and the Mayors of Rye Brook and Port Chester. 

This Commission meets monthly at the Rye Town offices or City Hall. 

The Mayor and one appointment serve a 2-year term by  agreement made with Rye Town in 1942.
