The Finance Committee reviews all financial policies and procedures, and makes recommendations to improve the fiscal health of The City of Rye.
The Finance Committee was established by City Council resolution , originally consisting of 7 members but was increased to 9-11 members in 2010. Members are appointed by the City Council for three-year terms and the chairman is designated by the Mayor.
