The Living Landmarks initiative was launched by the Landmarks Advisory Committee and the Office of the Mayor to share pride of place and people throughout Rye. Landmarks in Rye goes beyond preserving our City’s natural and manmade beauty, it is about celebrating the stories of this place, of Rye’s people, past and present, and imparting a legacy of progress and achievement for Rye residents today and tomorrow.
