City of Rye Police Department Announces Arrest for Possession of a Forged Instrument

The City of Rye Police Department announces the arrest of Glenn E. Graham, 56, of Brooklyn, New York, on Monday, August 30, 2026.

Graham was charged with New York State Penal Law § 170.20, Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument in the Third Degree, after allegedly attempting to use fraudulent identification to withdraw money from a bank account.

Graham was processed and released on an appearance ticket to return to Rye City Court at a later date.

All defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
