With funds from the Community Development Block Grant, Gagliardo Park on High Street has undergone many improvements.

In phase II of the block grant, a new picnic shelter has been installed.  Walkway lighting and an improved playground area will be completed by Spring 2003.

This park also features a youth baseball field and basketball court.
