Camp Programs
Rye Recreation offers a variety of camp programs to meet the needs of various age
groups. Rye Recreation in cooperation with the Rye City School District offers camp
programs in Rye City Schools. All camps are licensed by the Westchester County Department
of Health and adhere to all regulations set by this agency.
Rye Recreation's emphasis for its camps is to provide a safe and fun experience for
your child. Camper to staff ratios are done in accordance with state guidelines. Great
care is taken to hire the best staff possible to care for your child(ren).
Camp registration is accepted on a first come first, serve basis. A copy of the child's
immunization record is required by all campers, new or old, at the time of registration.
Non-residents may apply on waiting list basis only.
Payment plan: Rye Recreation has developed a payment plan for paying for summer camp
fees. This plan allows you to spread your payments out over a 2 - 4 month period with a $5
per payment surcharge. A trained staff member will help you select the plan that best
suits your need.
