A lowlife skelking around the Martin Road area on the 25th apparently helped his or herself to a residents cell phone. One slight problem, he didn't bother to tell the owner he/she was taking it. Jamose Dorivier of Stamford has some explaining to do in Rye City Court. PO Cancel bagged the defendant on Boston Post RD on the 21st for "allegedly" possessing stolen property. Dorivier was also charged with a host of vehicle and traffic law charges. A passenger in the car, Carlos Cabrera also of Stamford was charged as well with criminal possession of stolen property. It cost this dynamic duo 250.00 bail to get out of the can.

They too have future court dates.

Cancel again. He arrested Phillip Tremble of Port Chester for operating while suspended.

Cancel arrested Phillip Dunne of the Bronx for a suspended license and registration.

Lets get away from the arrests for a while and get back to some crimes.

On the subject of fraud.

Just a word of advise to you idiots who take pleasure in this type of activity, many of the city's municipal buildings have 24 hour video surveillance so you may want to consider this the next time you decide to vandalize city property. Smile !!

Rossi ascertained that Robinson's license to drive was suspended and was actually a felony charge due to the number of suspensions on his license.
