        parking and attract shoppers and businesses to the CBD?

    Change the current restrictions on the amount of time shoppers can park.

    Increase fines (currently $25) for those that violate parking time restrictions.

    Increase enforcement.

    Limit parking spaces closest to stores fro shoppers only and require merchants and other permit holders

        to park on the outer edge of parking areas.

    Modify or eliminate existing measures (such as the pay stations) that require shoppers to pay for parking

        and improve enforcement of existing time restrictions.
