Welcome to the
City of Rye 2005-2009 Capital Improvements Plan, as presented to the City
Council on August 16, 2004.
It cannot be
emphasized enough that the the CIP is a plan, not a budget, and not a demand
for funding. The CIP is a worthy effort on the part of the City to identify
and prioritize necessary improvements that are expensive and have long useful
lives.
