The Building Inspector is responsible for the effective, timely, and consistent enforcement of local and state law, and the education of those whom they affect.Key Services
Issues:- Building, Demolition and Floodplain Management Permits
- Notices of violation of many City code
- Appearance Tickets, when applicable, for violation to the above codes.
- Building and Zoning codes
- Flood insurance rate maps
Provides:
- Direction to residents, design professionals, real estate
- Professionals for compliance with requisite laws and codes
- Information regarding local landmarks
