Rye Senior Citizen Programs are open to all Rye residents aged 60 and over. There is a membership fee. Wednesday is the Senior meeting day with activities beginning at 1:00 p.m.. Activities that day include: bridge, canasta, bingo, oil painting, bocci and billiards. Country Western Line Dancing is held every Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. (bring your lunch and stay for the afternoon activities). Day and night trips are offered at an additional fee.
Monday: Arts & Crafts and Walking
Tuesday: Senior Fitness
Wednesday: Western Line Dance and Senior Activities
Thursday: Senior Fitness, Computers and Quilting
Friday: Computers and Tai Chi
* These programs require an activity fee. Fee varies for members and non members.
Sponsored by the Visiting Nurses Association will take place the second Wednesday of each month between 12:30 - 1:30 p.m. Come with your questions or just have your blood pressure taken. Seasonal Flu shots are offered.
Come exercise to music, chair exercises and standing dances. It's fun, but not to
strenuous. You MUST have your doctors permission BEFORE starting this program. Contact
Sally Rogol for a doctors form. Senior membership and activity fee required.

This class is designed especially for Seniors to learn the basics of word processing and internet exploration Classes are held at Byte-Size in Rye and classes are offered fall, winter and spring. Call Rye Recreation for addition information and fees at (914) 967-2535.
Rye Seniors travel both locally and overnight to see many area attractions.
