Coady Hansen of Norwalk was arrested by Officer Kevin Pallone and now had to leave 200.00 with the court to stay out of jail. It's not worth it people. Take care of these things before we have to come find you. And we will find you.... Not only was his drivers license suspended, but his registration was as well. Eric Brooks of Chester NY was stopped by Officer Ed Ball for (everybody !) alleged traffic violations and once Officer Ball spoke to the defendant, he found that he was suspended. You know the drill, jail, bail, date with the judge, bada-bing, bada boom... Officer Mike Anderson nabbed a New Rochelle man for the same thing last week. Hector Garcia was stopped on TheoFremd ave for the usual. Once Officer Anderson discovered the suspensions, he brought the defendant in and he will be returning for court soon. Lets cut to the chase on the next few, so will the next 3 defendants, COME ON DOWN !! Joseph Sandoval of Port Chester, arrested for driving charges, 100.00 clams bail, Galo Lopez of Port Chester, arrested for driving charges, he'll be seeing the judge. All kidding aside. While transporting 6 prisoners from the county jail to Rye court last week I overheard one of them saying, "I'm not coming up here anymore, you can't move without having a cop stop you". Now, some of these people that I transported yesterday have been charged with serious felonies, some of them are in the county jail as a result of vehicle stops. Remember, there is no way of telling how many crimes you deter by this type of proactive patrol activity. It important. Last one: Delicia Mceahron of the Bronx, was arrested by Office Mauricio Gomez on a warrant for aggravated harassment. The defendant was brought before the judge, and was remanded to the Westchester County Jail pending bail. That's all there is, there is no more. Lets all work together to make Rye a safe place to live and work. Keep an eye out for one another and report any suspicious activity you see to the Rye Police. so for Police Commissioner William R. Connors and the City of rye Police department, this is Gary L. Olivier saying, take care, be safe and we'll see you next time.............. |
