Tracked the progress of the City’s Occupancy Tax legislation, approved by the State Legislature in 2006
Provided comments to the City Council on the concept of a real estate transfer tax
Provided comments to the City Council on the City’s method of calculating and reserving for tax certioraris
Provided comments to the City Council on the Pavement Management Study and the amounts annually appropriated for the repair, maintenance, and reconstruction of City streets and roads.
Developed the City’s first Citizens Budget Report based on the City’s proposed 2007 annual budget
